Luckily, Mugzy has never been sick yet. But when my kids are, the doc says wait till they haven't puked for about an hour. Then give them a small amount. Wait 15 min to 1/2 hr. If they hold that down, give them a little more then wait. If they puke it up, wait 1/2 to 1 hr and start again. Good luck
