Have you used this recipe yourself and had good results? I'm just wondering about the milk in these recipes...is it ok? And also this one says "full of protein" and is that good for weight gain? I mean for us, its carbs-lol! And also...what is protein in this recipe? I'm just curious, cause isn't protein in the egg whites, and these recipes say to use egg yolks? Thanks everyone!
