Good news out of this is that it was not liver shunt or hydrocephalis. We had the vet do a post on her. We wanted to make sure that these hereditary problems were the cause. I should have known that the odds were against this little girl. She had gained only an ounce since she had been born. I just could not give her every chance to survive. I don't know how people can raise the tiny tiny puppies all of the time. Give me the regular size pups anyday! (please note to all ready to jump on me for having a puppy this size. . . . Mom is 6-7 pounds and dad is 5 pounds. I am not trying to breed for the little ones. I want yorkies/ Biewers of standard size and exceptional quality. This is the reason I had the vet check Button out. If it would have been inheritated, her mother would probably not have ever been breed again.) There are also 4 other puppies from this litter that turned 5 weeks today. They are happy, healthy, fat, playful pups!! I hope to get new pictures taken soon. School will be out soon and I should have more time.
