Thanks JJ. I don't know where the mats were...I only spoke to the associate at the counter and I was too embarrassed to ask to speak with the groomer herself. I brush him with no harness on so I don't know how I could have missed it. I think I just got ripped off and next time I'll have to speak up for myself. |
