In addition to the above, I would return her to Kindergarten. Crate her and start over with the potty training. If you don't have time for this, I suggest you try to find her a boot camp of sorts. Where I live, there are several dog training companies that take your dog for a few weeks and work on all of the basics. After that, it is up to you to maintain what they have learned. You could also consult with an animal behavior specialist. Good luck!
