I agree he might need to poop which is what is making him so fidgety...Magic acts that way sometimes when she is constipated or her stomach is upset...I would defintely kept an eye on him and if he doesn't poop by morning I would take him to the vet to be checked!!!
But I am glad that he got to come home and is doing much better...he is a strong little guy and knows how much you love him!!!
