Hello, I havent been on much ...I work and have school so Its not often im on here...

Anyways my problem is that Fergie is just out of control. She just DOESNT listen. First things first I cannot get her to go in her litter box on her own anymore. When we first had her(i mentioned this before i believe) It didnt take long at all for her to get used to going in the littler box. She even when go on her own....cover it up herself...and sit and wait for a treat...or not...but then we got her fixed(not sure if that even has anything to do with it) and its like she is starting all over again. I have to constantly bring her around her litter box...to remind her where to go...if i forget ....she will just pee on the floor. She doesnt seem to respond at all to NO ....or Come ...or anything....she just stares blankly .....i used to think being calm and aggresive would work....but it hadnt....she is 10 months old and is showing basically no improvement...i have NEVER had a dog that has acted so bold....dont get me wrong I love her...but she just doesnt seem to respond....
how can i get her to realize that she just cant do what she wants?? i have her space limited...and i routinly bring her to her litter box...im confused...and totally annoyed.......i dont know what to do please help...lol
