Also, lucky you that your Mom makes it all the time. . . My mom had those wood/metal buckets until they fell apart a few years ago. I tried to find her some just like them, but couldn't - has anyone seen them??
I need to get one for me too.
I will call her when she gets home and find out any of her recipes. I think her machines had booklets w/ them - so hopefully, she still has them. I don't know if her new plastic one came w/ a booklet or not.
