I do the same thing Sukoshi's mom does. I bought a gate at Walmart for $9.99 or something like that and I use it to keep her in a room while we are out. I'd leave water and some kibble (I don't anymore since she's already 6 1/2 months). She has her potty pad and her little crate in case she wants to lounge in there. She has a few toys as well.
