 House/crate training question
The background: Our yorkie is 11 weeks old, and we've had her for four days. She's had only two accidents so far and is taking to the crate well. Since we both work, I brought her with me in the morning then took her home at lunch today for the afternoon (her longest time alone yet - before that, an hour alone was her record). She ate, drank and went potty before i crated her, but I have a feeling she'll whine and yelp for little while until she falls asleep.
Is it ok to leave her without water for four hours while crated? I want to avoid any accidents in the crate, but not if it means she's in stress because she's thirsty. |
