Also, lucky you that your Mom makes it all the time. . . I remember my Great-Grandmother making it for reunions and get togethers -- I don't remember what she used to make it; I just remember a 2 or three big buckets of ice cream (lol, yes, I said bucket -- and the buckets were wood with metal interiors- weird, huh). Ohhhh, it was so good, she used to get very creative. You know, that's an idea, my Great-Grandmother has passed on, but I bet my Grandma might have some of her old recipes. . . I should give her a call.
