!!! Lori .. Amy is gorgeous!! We had a rescue that looked just like her, except for the
lbs! 
Buster was such a sweetheart and he would try to sit in our laps too. I would gather as much of him onto my lap as I could and let him hang on there for as long as he wanted. We felt it was because he was so neglected for the first year of his life!!
