My babies are always jumping when they are in the stroller and when its home and i leave it open they do a number on it and its still able to carry the large load. i gotta go to the Pet gear site and see if they sell replacement parts then because i do love my stroller and its extremely durable. in 05 when i got it we got a bad snow storm for new years eve and i was able to walk 4 blocks from my house to the train to go to my moms house and the stroller just handle the snow like an all wheel drive car, no sliding,rocking nothing. and it also came with a rain cover that kept the babies warm. thank again everyone.
