I appreciate all your kind words. I haven't really accepted it yet. As many of you know, I am currently out of the country. So while I know it happened, I don't know too many of the details. My husband finds it hard to talk about. I find myself talking about "my kids" then realize I am talking in the the plural and have to change it.
As I mentioned in a different post. Gin seems to be the hardest hit by this. She is moping around and trying to get the skin people in her house to play with her. Toys that haven't been played with for six months are suddenly scattered around the house. And when my husband and I get on the phone, I can hear her growling in the background for daddy to play.
