do you own a yorkie now? i saw in your post, you wanted to get one as a pet first.
all i can say about the breeding is stay with yorkie-talk. definiatly get a mentor. join in on as many (which i know is almost impossible) females whelping as possible. first, second, tenth litters are scary. i have had three litters and each time was different. i absolutly love it and get such a natural high helping with the whelping. if there was a job out there just delivering puppies, i would do it.
