If he's still a bit stinky - you can use powder. There is a dry shampoo powder from Petsmart - but it's practically just like baby powder. Just sprinkle some on a brush and brush it through his fur, avoiding any sensitive areas as well as his face. It's also helpful to use it outside his ears if they are oily from the infection.

I'd wait on the bath until his stitches are better and he's feeling really well.
