We have a morning ritual. Everyday between 5-6am Tia will wake up and try to jump up on our bed. If I don't respond she will make a quiet little growling sound to wake me up. If I still don't respond this will escalate to a little bark. Of course that hour is way to early for me, especially on the weekends. All she wants is for me to get out of bed, scratch her head, and then I can go back to bed and she can go back to sleep in herlittle bed. It's like she's just checking to make sure I'm still there. I know I'm totally trained...but a few seconds with her in the morning mean a more restful time for myself and my husband! Oh, and on the weekends, we'll let her jion us in our cozy bed!
