Papillons are great dogs! I am a very small breeder of Yorkies and Papillons. I fell in love with the Yorkie breed and my husband with the Papillon breed, so we breed both. We have 2 female Paps and 1 male. Ariel just had a litter about 3 1/2 months ago and Dolly is pregnant now and due in about 2 weeks. Papillons are wonderful tempermented and smart dogs. They do shed every day a little and about twice a year they shed quite a bit for about 2 weeks. Their coat is much easier to take care of than a Yorkie. I love both breeds more than I ever imagined. Their hair is as soft as a rabbits. My Yorkies and Papillons get along very well together and I can get you in touch with people that I have sold to if you are interested on thier opinion of the breed.
