I just saw that on the 5 o'clock news here. They didn't show a "before" picture but they showed a picture from today. He is a real beauty....nice and shiny black but you can still see where he's way too thin!
I have no words to describe what I'd like to do to people who harm animals....NO WORDS!!!!
