My husband used welbutrin when he was quitting, and he said it made cigarettes taste bad and reduced the cravings. Chantix might be helpful also. He didn't use it because it wasn't out yet, but I've heard good things about it. Also, he would do something similar to Hokule'a...Smoke part of one, and then put it out, come back when he had a craving, and then the cigarette didn't taste good. He found the best way to reduce cravings was to breath in deeply a few times. Just regular air, no cigarettes involved. Just deep breaths. Good luck!! I believe you can do it, good for you!
