Wow! Her ears are standing. I just got my 10 wk old puppy last week. The breeder worked with them...and they stood a day...then dropped again. 
Now it looks like one is trying to go up on its own..and one drooping.

we just massage the ears whenever we are holding her. all of her siblings ears where up by 8 weeks of age. sorry no real tips , we do also keep the hair trimmed off of the upper half of ears . thanks for the compilaments on my baby also
