I have NEVER had a matting problem with my other two...but Gemma came to me with matts down close to her skin. If I just brush with a brush, you'd never know the matts were there (which I assume is what the breeder did) but the comb will not go through! And it's getting worse.
I really don't want to shave her!! But I feel it may be the only thing to do?!? She cries when I try to take them out...she is so tiny and delicate! And if I shave her, all her black hair will be gone and the silver will be there! Which I like but I like her to look like a puppy still!
Any ideas on what to use to get them out? Of course I've tried all the detangling sprays I have....
Any ideas???
