My new puppy will be 11 wks old this weekend and weighs exactly 2 pounds now. We love her already so much...

Oh..and your website is precious...I'm gonna have to shop!

Thanks,
She was 12 oz when we got her at 12 weeks and she is 1.75 lbs now at almost 7 months. I felt so bad that day she went into hypoglycemic shock. It was all my fault because I should have set the alarm to check on her and make her eat. She was so energetic during that day I didnt think about things. I woke up and she was still laying in the same position all night and I honestly thought "wow, little thing really wore herself out" but it wasnt unitl I was trying to wake her up that I realized what was happening. I had a chihuahua once that had hypoglycemic seizures but it wasnt like that with chloe. She was just limp. Didnt even have the energy to move. I rushed to the emergency vet and they had her hooked up to IVs all day because she didnt have the energy to eat on her own. I bawled my eyes out all day. I felt like the worst owner in the world. From there on out I became a real paranoid mommy who made chloe eat like every 2 hours. She kinda double in size in 2 months . I would freak out if she was just laying down. Poor girl I'd wake her up all the time to make sure she was okay. Its amazing how they get over that in a few months. We have no problem now w/ hypoglycemia.
