I personally would not recommend it. Lily is 5 months old and has an open fontenal and does have hydrocephalus. Due to the hydrocephalus she is blind in one eye and shakes alot. The doctors at UT have given her a very poor prognosis. I use to repeatly ask what the odds were of an open fontenal in an older pup without hydrocephalus and while they couldn't give me an exact percentage, they said that the chances weren't good.
