All it means is that if, in the future, you want to breed her, then you have the right to do so. on your AKC puppy application she will give you, there is a little box in the lower left hand corner. it will have some numbers in it. if this box has been blackened byt the breeder, it means you have limited registration and if you ever did breed her, her puppies would not be able to be registered with AKC. i know some people might never want to breed but it is always nice to have the option to do so just in case. a lot of breeders will also charge you more for the puppy with full registration. if you are sure you will never breed her, ask the breeder for a lower price with limited registration. I don't charge any different but a lot of your big time breeders do.
