Welcome and congrats on the new baby! I know having a new baby can seem a bit overwhelming if you have not cared for a puppy before. In addition to what info has been given, I have a few more tidbits for you.
1. Baby will tell you what she needs and when. You just need to learn her language. You won't have to try too hard, especially if you do lots of reading here at YT. There are lots of threads about puppies, food, potty training, obedience, etc. I also suggest you go to a book store and pick up a book on potty training. The Dummies line has a great one. Also pick up a book on general Yorkie care and training. It will give you lots of great info.
2. Start baby on a good food right away. Do some searching here. Many of us like Wellness, Merrick, Inova and Royal Canin.
3. Socialize your baby early, with people and with other dogs. I introduced Gracie at the park when she was about 10 weeks old. If other dogs wanted to visit with her, I just politely asked their human if they were up to date on their vaccines, and only let visitation happen if they are. I would not let your new baby on public grassy areas until she is 16 weeks and has had all of her shots. Socialization is one of the most important things you can do for your puppy. Just supervise and make sure every situation is safe.
4. LOVE. Give baby lots of LOVE and she will give it back to you 10 fold, and then some!
