Sophie hated the squirrels in the backyard and she would chase them out. Of course, with barking that most likely drove the neighbors crazy. She did corner a baby possum that walked through the sliding door though. That little critter was so tiny, razor sharp looking teeth that continued to show me until I took a broom and gently pushed it back outside.
Give Bernie a pat on the head because he probably feels he was saving the family from an intruder. Perhaps a new commando jacket is in order? |
