Do you have any baby aspirin, this should help if it's pain or fever. You can crush it, put it in something yogurt or cottage cheese, maybe he'll eat it. Or if he'll eat puperoni maybe you could push it inside and let him chew it. Please keep us updated, if you can. It would be best to find an ER Vet somewhere that could actually check him over.
