I would just soak the harness in something that smells gross, like vinegar or bitter apple. Loki was a leash/harness chewer until he was about 8-10 months old. He grew out of it. Every time he started to chew I said no and gave him something else to chew. I never left the harness on when he was bored enough to chew on it. Buy cheap nylon harnesses until he outgrows it!
