Your Yorkies are all just adorable. I wanted to mention that a silk coat reflects light and is cool to the touch....such as silk feels cool and wool warm.
If you are looking for a pup with a silk coat at about 8 weeks look for a very thin coat that isn't really all that nice then but it will grow into a lovely coat that is easy to take of but of course check the coat of the sire and dam. Like Cali's owner I have had one silk and one cottony and kept the latter a bit shorter all the time because grooming was quite hard on her. |
