Many of us need our babies to wear a bell for safety (baby is either a tiny or a puppy).

ANY ideas/brainstorming about how a bell could be attached WITHOUT using a collar? I was thinking along the lines of some sort of "clip" at the neck scruff...or...?

I honestly don't know, but if anyone could possibly come up w/ anything...I figure it would be someone here!
