Default let's say . . .

Trying to put myself in their shoes. Say I just had a Yorkie die (which is true, in fact). And I wanted another yorkie, which is true. Say I bought one online (which is true) -- BUT instead of going to pick it up, I had it shipped -- and in the crate was a scared little English Bulldog puppy instead of what I paid a lot of money for. I WOULD NOT have sent it back and tortured that little innocent puppy for something that was not her fault. Even being shipped one-way is dicey, how could they refuse the "shipment". That was not humane on their part. Money can be worked out later. A loving home could be found. Any lost money on my part would be part of life's tuition in learning a LESSON. A dog's life is in the balance. This is soooo sad.
