Default Anyone have this problem?

We have a tea cup Yorkie, he is about a year and a half right now.
He has some very strange skin problems. The Vets are hanging us dry, and no cure. They come up with a different answer every time we come in!
When we got him he was in extremely BAD condition. He smelled so bad, his coat was awful, with a mix of dry and oily spots, and he had strange oily and sticky skin flakes and scabs. At first the vet gave us antibiotics and shampoos. Didnt work. Then the vets office began giving him scabies mites baths once every week until he cleared. After he cleared, we stopped going and 2 weeks later is all started coming back. We took him again. She was too concerned about nutering and pulling his teeth then his skin. We took him to another vet. He said he had yeast. Gave a shampoo for twice a week wash. Didnt work AT ALL. Came back. Another vet said he had mange mites and maybe a tiny infection from his constant itching and scratching. Now were giving him antibiotics, baths, skin supplements, and another medication.
Anyone go through a similar experience? Can anyone help? I'm just wondering what their next "diagnosis" would be.
Any help would be great!
Thank you!!!
