The Yorkshire Terrier was sitting in JFK airport since it was shipped on saturday. The breeder would not come and pick it up, even though he sent me an e-mail last monday stating he sent the wrong dog. I will forward his e-mail to you. JFK asked me if they shipped the puppy back to PDX, if I would take her for now since I am the only one in contact with them. They sent her back to PDX last night. This little Yorkie has been in a crate for 6 days and flown 3 times, 6 hour flights. We are filing claims with the BBB, Humane Society, Attorney General, AKC and getting advice on internet forums to alert other people of this scam. We are also filing a small claims lawsuit. What puppyelite has done to this little Yorkie and to my family, knowing our English Bulldog had just passed away is disgusting. If you need any info from Delta, Chris Shavey (360-773-7490) has been working with us from the start, they knew as soon as the puppy showed up at PDX that it didnt match the puppy booked in the computer.
