I know it is too late for this information, but never put a collar on a yorkie. And I don't even leave a harness on mine when they are at home. If you do use a harness, a cat break away harness would be a better choice.

I think I would bath her and treat her wounds. Nesporine would be OK on her face cause she can't lick it off.

I hope she is better soon. I can imagine how awful you must feel.
