Is Dixie the pup that you thought she would be? Is she of good health and excellent temperment? I wouldn't let the actions of her breeder dissuade you from showing her. Take her to a puppy match and see how she does. Let the judges be the ones to tell you whether or not she's of good quality for breeding. Just because the breeder is conducting herself in a way that you don't approve of doesn't diminish Dixie's quality. If you don't approve of the breeders conduct don't purchase from her again but enjoy Dixie anyway.
