I would not think that that is normal in any way. I would take your baby to a vet that will do a urinalysis and urine culture. It could be a UTI or crystals/stones. We have a member on here who recently had to take her dog in to have bladder stone surgery because the vet misdiagnosed his condition. She's been through sooo much with this. My recommendation is to have a urine sample taken.
