Awwwwwwwwwwwwwww. Little punkin! I just want to love all over him, he is so brave and strong. It is SO great to see his little face, just precious.
I see what you mean with his "manhood" laying flat - could they have cut some muscle or tendon? It could be that some of the internal healing/inflammation may be preventing it from "pulling up" - and it may pull up as he improves. I hope so.
I don't know what it is, but this little fella just tugs at my heart!
