Trying to mediate--
Holly, I hope I don't offend you. Is there a chance that English is not your primary language? I think a little is getting lost in translation. A kennel, in most minds, is a place with several females (10+), stacked up in cages, no human interaction, just breeding babies, little health care, just in it for the money. When you started off with I want to start a kennel, immediately, as yorkie lovers, we all cringed.

Now, if you are thinking of becoming a dedicated breeder, starting lines of your own, then there is where Lisa said a mentor is a good way to start.
