Okay, I just read an article on the ancient healing art of qigong (chee kung). It is said to help w/ EVERYTHING...weight, acne, heart conditions, you name it.
"Qigong channels the energy in and around us and clears energy blockages that make us ill".
It showed a pose that you can do on your own to help heal yourself....
I was just wondering if anyone has tried this before....I could use it for so many ailments right now.......if so please post!!!
