I thiink I have come to the conclusion that Katy does not have very good distance eye sight. I have suspected this for some time now.

-If I throw the ball and she doesn't see it moving, even is it is right on the ground 10-15 feet in front of her, she can't find it. (this hapens al the time)

-Yesterday, I came home from work and she was outside with her daddy. I went to the window. I noticed that she thought she saw me. So I stood still and didn't move. She kept looking and looking. Eventually, she moved closer (she was only 8 ft away), so I moved then she new it was me.

Does anyone know how you would test a dogs eyesight?
