How horrible!! I don't understand why there would be only
one inspector ... if the state can't afford more, why not let volunteers at least do inspections?? File reports of findings with their inspector and let them take it from there? At least it would save that [probably overworked] person the legwork of traveling all over the state to check out reports of abuse??
