When my yorkie ate dog food and he would throw up, many times, the kibbles came up whole also. It sounds like he chews, but I don't know...He no longer eats dog food, he's on a special homecooked diet for dogs with liver problems. I think you need to take your baby to the vet in the morning. Have your friend rub a little bit of honey on her gums in case it is a hypoglycemia attack. If I were you, I would get a Bile Acid test done to find out about the liver. It costs about $40 and it will give you peace of mind. This is just advice because I'm totally paranoid about dogs that exhibit those behaviors as many times it can point to a liver problem even if the dog has never had any other symptoms.
