When you have too much protien it can mess your liver up, when your liver is messed up it can make ammonia build up in your blood and when that happens you can't walk and you are disoriented. You need to get her to the vet asap and have her liver checked. Give her some nutical or karo like someone else mentioned, since she is vomiting, she may be hypoglycemic too.
