Aww mandee You did the right thing, It is really sad and I know in your area it happens alot. Sounds like the lady that picked them up is a gem like you. We just had a major Puppy mill bust here and And I am trying to help out with that. The thread I started is in the rescue forum. Good luck with the pups.
