I'm lucky, since I'm still in school I have gym everyday. I've also been going out and playing some baseball with my friends or tennis or something that makes me move. and of course, if you ever feel the urge to drink soda or something, drink water instead! If you're really hungry at night or whenever, eat a dry salad (or don't use much dressing, if you don't like it dry.)
Remember that dieting isn't just something you do until you get down to your goal weight. If you stop dieting once you reach that, you'll gain it all back. It has to be a change in your lifestyle. |
