I did have to laugh when I read your first post...I remember when our stud Yogi was around when Dori went into heat, he wasn't quite as weird as the second time when we actually bred them. He lost his mind for 2 weeks, lol. We bred them on the advised days and the one day we weren't going to breed them (or that was my idea anyway), I left them at my office while daughter and I went to lunch. Yogi has a belly band on, Dori has a diaper on. I have a huge commercial glass door and we drive up, they are in a "tie" on display mind you and the belly band is in the corner of the room and he had chewed the diaper off of her, sorry, we had to have a laugh over this one...It was quite irresponsible of me, but I learned a valuable lesson. They cannot be left alone or even near each other while a heat in session or they WILL attempt to breed...but we have little Maggie and Bogus and couldn't be happier.
