WOW talk about taking things to a whole different level! So...what this all boils down to..is how dare someone mention that rescue could help a dog in need. How sad...yes, I did say that three letter word again and let me please extend it to pathetic!
Sounds to me like you think there is no place for rescue. Perhaps you got turned down or did not want anyone to check out what kind of home they were placing a dog in? Or did you assume these things?? Let me tell you that any breeder who is reputable would check out who they are selling to...it is not just rescues who do checks. And no one asks for bank statements that I know of. Good grief!
Oh and as for giving blood...how hilarious. Not to mention totally uncalled for. You say that you support rescue financially and yet this venom? I would venture to guess not.
I challenge each and every one of you who think there is no place for rescue and for thorough checks of where these dogs are going...both by reputable breeders and rescues to please go visit a shelter and get a good look at what reality is.
