Elaine, So far so good, I have had both the test your doctor has scheduled, the Carotid Doppler and MRI of the brain, thank goodness mine were both fine, and I pray the same for you. They are both very good test, and both noninvasive, so they don't hurt by any means. The MRI can be hard on someone with back problems or claustrophobia, make sure they make you comfortable before they get started and you'll do fine. Good luck, and best wishes!!!
