i think your best bet (assuming you want her to eat only kibble and dont' want to homecook) is to only leave out her kibble.. when she is hungry enough.. she will eat it! you can feed her fruit like apples and pears and berries, you can also give her veggies like carrots and celery... pieces of chicken are ok too just no skin or seasoning... oatmeal is a good snack and so are boiled eggs
